Basic Warranty Information
Tracker Radio Systems offers a limited warranty covering manufacturer’s defects and is valid to the original purchaser only. Damage to either receivers or transmitters caused by misuse, being opened by unauthorized personnel or water damage is not covered by the warranty. All authorized repair work will be performed by Tracker Radio Systems.
Receivers: Tracker Radio Systems offers a 3 year limited warranty on electronics and 10 years on casing and antennas.
Transmitters: Transmitters carry the limited warranty of 1 year on parts and labor.
Available Extended Warranty: Contact Tracker to extend the limited warranty on receiver electronics for 2 years. The extended warranty is available at any time within the first 3 years of ownership.
